Celebrating Nature Through Felted Landscapes


Embark on a visual journey through French Regional Park with my yearlong project—a collection of felted landscapes capturing the essence of nature’s beauty. Inspired by the dance between art and the environment, this project invites all to embrace creativity, try new things, and revel in the joy of imperfect beauty. A special shout-out to Allie Quinn, whose introduction to needle felting ignited the spark that led to this artistic journey.

The Process

Step 1: Each month, I visited French Regional Park and took photos.

Step 2: I returned home to my needle felting supplies to recreate a scene.

Step 3: I then framed the finished 5×5 inch needle felted landscape.
